Visibility

At any stage during production, the customer can view work in progress details via the company extranet.

Inspection

After production, mandatory quality checks are made and Orpheus produces the paperwork for delivery.
Corrective action procedures are in place to handle rejects.

Delivery

On delivery the recipient’s signature is scanned and held within Orpheus to retain proof of delivery.

Invoice

The goods have been despatched so Orpheus will produce an accurately priced invoice.

Update Ledgers

Orpheus isn't finished yet. It can be configured to integrate directly with accounting software to maintain ledger transactions.
