E-Coat Plant 1 Component Envelope Size

Malcolms E-Coat 1 facility is able to cope with both small and large size components up to an absolute maximum component size of approximately 2.0m x 1.0m x 1.0m & weights of up to 50kg per part. Small components will be coped with dependent on jigging location holes and shape.

E-Coat Plant 2 Maximum Component Size

If larger or heavier parts are required to be processed, our E-Coat 2 plant has the capacity to deal with parts up to an absolute maximum component size of approximately 1m x 2m x 2m, and weights up to a maximum of 700kg per part.

Powder Coat plant and Rimcoat plant Maximum Component Size

Parts which require top coats are processed on our Powder Coat plant or rimcoat plant, these plants are able to deal with parts up to:
Topcoat plant absolute maximum component size : (approx) 1.3m x 1.2m x 0.45m, and weights up to 20kg per part.
Rimcoat plant absolute maximum component size : (approx) 1.52m x 0.27m x 1.21m, and weights up to 20kg per part.
